Jason PIn my opinion, instead of giving the customer the tank quarter full and ask them to return it quarter full, you might as well give them a full tank and ask them to return it full, in that case the customer doesn't overfill it and pays extra that's not refundable, unless you're doing it on purpose and that would be disappointing.
Mohamad AThe initial pick up was closed had to re route to new location. Hired people to move had to additional money because of time delay. NO ONE FOLLOWED UP when I asked to speak with a manager re: refund due to UHaul's lack of professionalism and having to pay extra for movers to sit and wait. Not happy at all!
Holly TThe original pickup location was changed by U-Haul due to in-availability of the trailer. The pickup was at the correct address, however it was difficult to find due to its office was within a furniture store on the second level up a flight of stair, and I had to pass one office that clearly posted “We are NOT U-Haul”. Fellow in the subsequent U-Haul. Office there was polite, but difficult to hear and had minimal social skills it seemed. When he hooked up the lights did not work on the drivers side. To give the fellow credit, he did troubleshoot the issue by swapping wires with another trailer. After I left everything was okay with the trailer including the light issue.
