Manager was a jerk. Refused to answer my call or return my call. I had 24 to return but had said might have back by midnight. Did not have back and when I called CS they took care of issue of 'recovery of a late rental truck '. And confirmed i had 4 more hours before truck needed to be returned. Took so much time trying get hold of Mgr my loaders needed a couple of more hours. Mgr called man who picked up truck for me! But not me. And I had spoke to him personally twice. Man finally put his phone up so I could hear the jerk and he could hear me. He was full of excuses and lied and said he had tried to call me. I had no missing calls from him. I ended up having to add another day for the rental truck which I would not have had to do if he had answered my call the night before at 8:30 or returned my call as his recording said he would do. I have rented MANY uhauls n my life and never had such an experience. We have a five star rated uhaul business here in Effingham w/ a full time knowledgeable young lady that truly checks the equipment and has much more room for trucks than this 3 star hotel where I rented truck from...not even a spot to a vehicle when u arrive for pick up. If reviews really matter then my final statement is 'give uhaul equipment to dealers that are honest and have space to safely pick up and return equipment. Did not give uhaul a bad star rating but if I could give this dealer a star rating it would be a 0 star. He lied. Thank you for taking the time to read this lengthy diatribe! Sincerely.

Parking is tight, but with patience doable. Personnel were super helpful even when technically closed. They seem like good people here.
JACOB AWould not recommend location because I would not recommend Uhaul at all. The location was fine, the overall experience sucked. $163 plus $40 for gas for a four hour, 120 mile trip.. Just freaking ridiculous. I could have rented an SUV from Enterprise for a quarter of the cost the steering and brakes were about as responsive as my grandpa's 57 Chevy. It was not a good experience..
