MALLORIE CThe staff at the drop off point made it very easy for me to drop the trailer after a long drive.
Fernando AThe drop off location was very sketchy and there was no one around. It had a drop box out front and no humans around. If I would have done the drop off at night, I would have been scared to get out of the truck.
