Stop using the corporate office to try to override the reservation made with the local U-Haul affiliate and cutting them out of the loop. Also, don't bother customers by calling to see if the rental was returned and saying that they no longer have a valid contract when the local U-Haul affiliate is not open over most of the weekend (which you admitted that you knew when I responded to the voice mail message left for me).

Clayton SI have always had the best experience when it comes to picking up and making my reservations with A1 storage he has never let me down. We have so many u-haul services here in Elberton and they all have had excuses or they don’t answer their phones when you try to get in touch with them but when I call A1 storage he always answers and always have something available for the dates that I have planned ahead. Thank you so much I enjoy doing business with you and I will be back again.
CHASTITY BI just dropped off the truck before the place was open so I didn't have any experiences with anyone.
