I did not realize I was using a location that was not a UHaul dealer, but rather a 3rd party. The owner of the store was unhelpful and kept asking me to call UHaul to get my questions answered. I'm thankful I had a smart phone however I don't feel comfortable using it as a check in device, and the owner told me that if was a requirement from U-haul. Even though there was a sign that says the U Haul representative could use their UHaul scanner to do this. The store was a MESS and it did not feel safe. it was also hard to find the store, and I didn't know where to pack my car while using the truck. Overall not a great experience. Please do not rent from this location.

ROBERT ROffice is cluttered and messy. Agents are less than helpful and sometimes downright rude. I will be filing an official and more complete complaint in the coming days.
