How U-Haul Reviews WorkExcellent service
Jose HIn a brand new van the oil cap was not on the engine then i was nice to go inside to tell them about the cap and the guy came at me because i didn’t do the reservation they way he wanted and i said why is it matter i pay for everything he said i dont care u do the reservation like this i just left and i think he had a problem because i kept extending the time with the van
ALAN LThe location is a dump. I had to do everything myself during check in. What’s the point of having a location if I have to do all the pictures and loading myself. At that point it should just be a self service kiosk. The employee was very hard to understand and gave poor instructions.
Karl WDefinitely use a different location for pick up
