I needed to extend my usage of the truck was trying to call and was on hold for over 15 min and could not get someone to answer. Then I get a call from the location where I picked up the truck that I needed to bring thr truck back already and he said another family was waiting for it and I apologized for inconvenience and said I would need to extend it by two more hours and he said ok then just hung up on me did not inform me what the extra charge would be and was just a rude experience all around
