The process of everything on the app is horrble. The checkout process is even worse. It should not have to take anyone longer than 5 min to checkout. Just a horrible experience. Most likely will ot be coming back.

The truck was damaged in several places. The back of the truck still had equipment in it from the last rental and I don't think the person renting it to me was even aware - I could have walked off with a dolley and 6 blanket pads.
Jennifer MToo much paperwork involve. Some states I have rented from don't have near as much paperwork and bunches of pictures taken.
