Excellent service
MARIANELA RHave a sign or some way of locating that the fact that the actual location is on the back side of the building, not the front side of the building otherwise everything was excellent
JOSEPH GThe left side ramp retaining pin was broken and there was a makeshift hex wrench stuck in there to hold the ramp in place. This made it both difficult to release the ramp and also made it unsafe. Otherwise the dolly was in good working order.
DALE WThe per mile rate is way too high. Will not rent from U-Haul again.
