DEMETRIO TThe person renting the uhual to do his job correctly. I have to go and find the trailer, hook it up my self and check if the connection was good. Then go back inside and to be told you will receive a text message asking me to snap a photo of my drivers license front and back. After i was finished and charged, go back outside and snap a picture again but this time of the hookup and my plates. When i go to other uhual’s the rep does all that I described. I am never going back to that same location.
