DAVID WFirst impression of when I walked in was the office space was very messy and dirty, got a trailer that the walls had welds broken on and all beat up, upon checking the tire pressure in the tires before pulling the trailer 3 out of 4 tires were low asked the guy at the desk if there is a way to fill it he said I needed to go to the gas station if I wanted them filled but I shouldn’t worry about the pressure in the tires. Would have asked for a different trailer but that was the only one they had available.
ARTUR WGuy who gave me the keys was oddly combative/ eager to argue. I didn’t care that much, I just thought it was weird. He also made up a policy that if you drive less than 20 miles you can only rent the truck for 4 hours? I called customer support and they confirmed that’s not true.
