The app didn't work well. It took more time to check out and drop off by far compared to the previous method. The rep at the counter wasn't much help either. His only response was it must be the settings on my phone, but couldn't give any idea of what settings. The company's goal to automate creates a bad customer experience.

Brad RDirty truck, charge me for extra day even if I returned truck in the time frame! When I came for pickup truck hi said need fill up form even if I fill up online . Guy who working over there from start you can feel he want to trick you. Of course I will be calling to uhl and report this guy ! Is a camera outside of uhl pickup lot and everyone can check what time I returned truck !.
