It would have been more convenient if I could have picked up the equipment closer. It also would have been nice if someone would have called me the night before pickup as the instructions said they would.

EMIL HThey did not have the blankets we paid for and they did not have any but charged us for them, and charged us for them after. So, we had no blankets and alot of our furniture got destroyed. Also, did not have the dolly that we also reserved. This location told us oh well, and sent us on our way saying they can not take the fees off.
