Omak Y.The person I returned it to did not check the trailer in the day I dropped it off, because UHAUL called me and asked if I had returned it yet.
staci F.When I dropped off the trailer, the man at the counter had me leave the trailer in the street. He did not come out and check it in, or make sure there was no damage. I had to trust that everything was going to be okay when he finally checked in the trailer.
