They did not have the blankets we paid for and they did not have any but charged us for them, and charged us for them after. So, we had no blankets and alot of our furniture got destroyed. Also, did not have the dolly that we also reserved. This location told us oh well, and sent us on our way saying they can not take the fees off.

The location was changed due to availability the day before pickup so they added a day for free and my 19 year old son was able to pick it up for me with no problems so it all worked out well.
