Easy pickup, super easy drop off
Bo RThe guys were rude but the truck itself was brand new so I can’t complain about Uhual because Uhual was inside of a Valvoline oil change place and the guy was rude and not friendly at all but he wasn’t the equipment I rented lol so I can’t complain

Brian CDrop off was unacceptable. There was no building only a 8x10” box to drop key in. It was after hours but location was hard to find when looking for a building. Wish I’d been told I was looking for a box. However customer service on the phone was more than helpful and kind and very understanding!!
