Arrived at 4:45 PM 7 July 2026. I was familiar with Valvoline Express Care for dropoff. I backed the AT into a spot at their retaining wall and unhooked the Auto Transporter. Went inside the office. A gentleman was waiting at the counter, however, he was not part of the staff, he was a customer who had been waiting for 15 minutes and not been seen yet. Customer was not happy. I went around to the front car bay (where they change oil, etc...) and told one of their Valvoline Care Tech's that I had just dropped off the Auto Transporter in the back. I gave him the AT number off the Auto Transporter. He said okay. They were obviously busy taking care of customer cars needing oil changes. I left, expecting that I would get the closeout email, showing that I completed the dropoff. The next day 8 July, I received an email Alert Notice through Uhaul that I needed to dropoff the Auto Transporter by Friday 10 July. I called Valvoline Express Care Inc, but no one answered. Instead, I get an answering machine telling me that the Voice Mail has not been set up and to call back later. I attempted another call later, same result, no answer Mail Box has not been set up. I had to call the 1 800 number to Uhaul to get a close out on my contract. Frustrating. I'll continue to use Valvoline as they are usually Above Average to Excellent on their service.
