When I told them what happened at Jacksonville, Fl location, they suggested I call corporate office.
Sonja T.Very accommodating staff at this location. I would use them regular if not for being closer to Doozy. I needed a small truck and this location was the nearest other than Doozy.
Cathy P.I dropped off the car trailer at 1PM and told them I woudl be back later with the truck. At 4PM, during their normal working hours, I had to drop off the truck with the key in the drop box. Then they bill comes in with a $20 charge for drop box. WE DROPPED OFF THE TRUCK EARLY. THE TRUCK WAS DUE THE FOLLOWING DAY. We get a $20 dollar charge when they closed early!
