The Pickup location Valvoline Express Care Inc. Elizabethton TN advertises that they are open at 8:00 AM (Mondays-Saturdays). I chose this location because I have a long drive that day to get to Northern Florida and I wanted to get on the road as early as possible. Other UHaul pickup locations did not open up until 9 or 10 AM. So when I arrived at 8:03 AM, the door was still locked. The business did not open their doors until 8:12 AM. When I went inside with the agent, he was busy on his computer and told me to wait. I waited as requested. He went outside for something and then came back into his business. Finally, he tells me that the auto transporter I was to pick up was physically available, but that it had not been "checked-in" so that he could assign it to me and complete the paperwork. I was a bit frustrated at this point, as the UHaul transaction was in limbo due to someone failing to check it in. Finally, it was "released" and the transaction was completed. The remainder of the process completed. I left the UHaul business at 9:00. This was not a normal or routine check-in/check-out event.

Ronald PDrop off location in Nashville,! Whites Creek Pike. , had to be the worst run U-haul I have ever experienced. Zero help, zero customer service. People setting around watching tv and on their phones. Never offered any help. I dropped the trailer where they said to drop it. Said someone tomorrow would check it in. Then I get a txt from U-Haul, saying I never returned it. There are problems at Whites Creek Pike.
