How U-Haul Reviews WorkThere was basically no helpful signage for U-Haul dropoff customers. I went in and talked to an employee of the gun range and he said he'd make note that I dropped off the rental truck that day because the U-Haul was not open the next two days. He then asked us if we wanted to go shoot guns. Really lacking in professionalism and I ended up being charged two extra days for the rental reservation. This rental experience has been a hassle. I would recommend against using this location to drop off your U-Haul rental and not sure if I'd recommend using U-Haul after this incredibly poor experience.

Gurereet SThe service was very good. They did not have the electrical adapter needed for the trailer. We had to provide our own. (This took us to 2 auto supply stores…which did not have any in stock. Ultimately we borrowed one from a neighbor).
