I had to pick up my U-Haul early before they opened The app was very hard to use and kept crashing it didn't have as much gas in it as they said I cannot leave them a message when I brought it back I brought it back at half and they charged me $19.50 per gallon saying that it was short I'm very unhappy with their service and I use them all the time The elk Grove was ran by a young kid and he was out in his car and would not come and check in the U-Haul with me when I showed up and nobody else was in the store not happy with his service at all do not use the elk Grove U-Haul on elk Grove boulevard
