Well, for starters, the person, checking us in on the return, could smile maybe once. The truck was not clean. The front door didn’t open all the way because of a previous accident and advisor on the driver side wouldn’t stay up, so it kept falling down off of the hook that it supposed to lock into that was kind of dangerous

TONYA WFirst truck had check engine light. Location did not have furniture pads. Was told I could not use the full 24 hours of my reservation extension, to return the truck by 9am instead of 10am.
