Esta tienda me dio un mal servicio, me iban a cobrar un supuesto rallon del camión me tuvieron dos horas, no me dejaban ir y subieron la entrega dos horas después de que lleve el camión solo para hacermen un cobro adicional de 80 dólares que deducieron de mi tarjeta, cobrandomen un día extra cuando yo llegué media hora antes de la hora estipulada de entrega. Ya me comuniqué con soporte y me dijeron que devolverían mi dinero así que espero mi dinero de regreso ya que estos cargos adicionales son solo artimañas de esta tienda que me retuvo por dos horas hay solo para cobrarme de más. Así que mi calificación es menos cero muy mal servicio, definitivamente no recomendaría nunca este servicio.

So the issue we had is originally we requested a truck at another location. They called us a couple hours prior to pick stating this location. Which now we would be paying for more mileage since it would be further out of our way. We tried to call this location got no answer when in person we tried to explain our situation and it was said to deaf ears. On top of it the truck was left on empty which was another inconvenience for us now having to put gas prior to us being able to move which we were on a time limit. The other issue was the location time they closed at 5 vs the org location closed at 7:30. I was not thrilled with this and no one seemed to give two shits how much they put us out of our way. I would love a phone call back by a district manager.
