It got really busy when I was picking up.... It took a bit longer than appropriate. HOWEVER, the lady at the counter who helped me was AWESOME! On point, great customer service. Chatting with customers at a PERFECT level; cordial yet to the point. Gent I dropped off with and talked to on the phone was the same! The young man at the counter was not wearing a mask. Speaking with another customer he cited his political beliefs as the reason he wasn't conforming with company guidelines. Extremely rude clerk. After a six day rental of an appliance dollie, he charged me for an extra day when I was 40 minutes past the return time in the morning. I laughed and said "You're kidding, right?" He got even more rude and told me to leave and that he wouldn't even take the dollie back or give me a receipt showing it was returned. I ended up on the phone with U-Haul for an hour just to be able to return the dollie. He wore his mask down under his nose and was clearly ill, sniffling and wiping his nose, so I stood far away and that seemed to bother him. The rudest person and most unhappy person I've encountered in a long time. Refused to let me talk to anyone else other than calling the 1-800-Go-Uhaul. This was at a local Fedex Mail store, where I have done business countless times, but never again.RANDALL B.

Overall the equipment was ok.. seems like there are charges that really don't save money. Staff was ok.. a bit weird but at least I found the supplies I needed. I did appreciate the person who helped asking me how everything went when I was worried about the rain.ANGELA B.
Every time I go to this place, I encounter one problem of the other. This time, I was accused that I damaged a part inside the truck. It was not anything I would use. I did not touch it or trip on it. The screw of the part could have fallen off on its own. As a result, I have decided to stop going to this place. Also, if I could find another truck rental company, I will not use U-Haul any longer.JOHNNY M.

Start by giving a separate number to those with current reservations rather than the regular 1-800 number. If I am sitting in the truck with a question, I should not have to wait on hold for 20 minutes to get a representative. Improve the app. Don't change reservation spots or times without prior approval. Make certain the personnel responsible for checking out equipment are properly trained (the ones at our location did not know what to do and could not help when the link could not be used to provide the damage report before our rental).Barton S.

It is difficult to do self drop offs and pickups. The website always says that I need to share my location and change my settings but they are already set to give permission. Also sometimes you can add photos. When you click on it it just highlights the area.Marcos H.

The check in process was a little confusing. I had done the mobile check in order to bypass the line, but I still needed to wait in line to get the keys. Maybe I didn't understand the process. Maybe this review isn't for the exact location but UHual overall. My trip got delayed 4 hours because a scheduled pickup got moved and I wasn't notified until I arrived. It's costly and time consuming when you have people scheduled to help you move and they were also having to wait or can not help you anymore. Needs to be a better way of reaching out to people and confirming that they have been notified of any changes. There wasn't any fees waived or another location to accommodate my schedule pickup time.Rath N.

We had a 26ft truck on hold and paid for and it showed up late with no gas. We ended up paying for a 20ft truck which we had several more trips and more mileage we paid for. Staff at Box store didn't apologize and were not concerned about the delay and our frustration. Total dissatisfied customer.James M.
