Took forever to get the rental and then after I put gas in the vehicle more than needed they still charge me for gas which I will be taking up with them.

HANH HThe trailer had the hitch resting on the ground. I was not able to lift the trailer hitch, and there was no one to help. I was lucky to find another customer willing to help or I wouldn’t have been able to pick up the trailer. None of the trailers were properly prepared for pick up. In addition, the trailers were parked where there wasn’t much room to hitch and go. This is a terrible location with terrible customer service. If it’s the only option for U-haul trailers in the area, I won’t be using U-haul any more.
