The truck drove like the front end was gonna fall off.. I even took it back early with the same gas and they charged me an extra 59.01 for after hours fee and not filling the gas up.. guy really screwed me over and I will NEVER be going thru U-Haul and I’ll be recommending Penske or some other moving company to every single person I know.. absolutely ridiculous and they won’t refund me my money either.. worst experience ever .. moving and using all my money and they taking the little bit I had left to go through the week.. worst people ever sr 120 gas station

CHRISTOPHER LVery rough experience the man couldn't speak English and struggled to even type our names when spelling them to him. He acted like he didn't want to have to mess with renting the equipment out, he would keep stopping our transaction to go help others. We expressed concern about one of the tires looking rough and sure enough we leave and have a blowout within an hour or 2
