The people at the location were great. The truck was filthy and the blankets were very dirty …. When I opened the bag of blankets so much trash/junk fell out of the blankets onto my couches that it was awful. The truck itself struggled with the following: Both doors were very difficult to shut The steering was very loose and felt like something wasn’t right The interior was very dirty and needed swept out

GABRIEL AThe truck drove like the front end was gonna fall off.. I even took it back early with the same gas and they charged me an extra 59.01 for after hours fee and not filling the gas up.. guy really screwed me over and I will NEVER be going thru U-Haul and I’ll be recommending Penske or some other moving company to every single person I know.. absolutely ridiculous and they won’t refund me my money either.. worst experience ever .. moving and using all my money and they taking the little bit I had left to go through the week.. worst people ever sr 120 gas station
