I don’t have any issues with pickup or drop off. But the truck was a base model truck. Not worth the price at all. And $1.00 per mile for overage is absurd on every level. Will not use Uhaul again after being ripped off in such a manner

Ensure a person is at the booking location to assist with the pickup. I made a reservation at the Boonville NC location and no one showed up. Very unprofessional.
