I would like to recommend to U-Haul to make the check out process much easier. The current online process requires downloading the app, setting up an account, duo security checks x2, and then a lot of questions. We had to complete this lengthy process in 100F weather this afternoon, and it was really unpleasant. It took us 20 minutes. Please make this process quicker, and a lot more user friendly. Thanks ! (There was no personnel)

He is very nice we rented off of him before
Keith LGreg was great but had to charge $39 for extra miles. Drove straight from SC to NC, to drop off at storage and to drop off….didn’t consider that as extra miles!
Jack SYou all screwed up completely: 1.) I was notified that the toy trailer i rented was NOT at the location that i was going to was not there, they did not have. i was told while i was driving there to pick up the trailer. 2.) i needed to drive another 30 miles to pick up the trailer at another location AND THAT LOCATION DOES NOT EXIST ANYMORE. 3.) I FOUND A ""LOCAL" WHO TOLD ME OF A U-HAUL LOCATION A FEW MILES AWAY, I FOUND IT AND THEY HAD A TRAILER. 4.) HE WAS NOT ABLE TO RENT IT TO ME, BUT UHAUL DID HELP ON THE PHONE TO DO THE RESERVATION AND THEN SEND IT TO THE LOCAL DEALER WHERE I WAS. I LOST 90 MINUTES AND WAS NOW SCREWED OVER THE NEXT 2 DAYS BECAUSE I STARTED OUT LATE. *********** YOU SHOULD GIVE ME A CREDIT FOR THE COST OF THE RENTAL OF $170. *******************************
Robert CTook forever to pick up the equipment. He did have a trailer I needed so we swapped out but he did it incorrectly and it blocked everything going through. Said it could take hours to fix. I called the contact I had been speaking to (Misty, amazing customer service) and she got it sorted out. The owner at this location actually told me to cut the phone call off with Misty. Says he has been doing it for 40 years but I can’t say I believe it. I get he’s a one man show and fighting a hernia but come on. A simple swap and pick up that should have taken half hour at most took over an hour.
