They billed us $13.12 for driving 1.7 miles, which means the truck WAS NOT FULL.of gas when we picked it up, which is what we were told. We paid $10 deposit for mileage, which the remaining balance was not refunded. The truck was not clean. There were mice feces all over the storage unit i moved out of. No brooms or dumpsters available for trash or the mice feeces.. I was reprimanded for purchasing TOO MANY BOTTLES of soda from their machine..

Hattie went above and beyond EVERY STEP OF THE WAY, even helped to overcome obstacles put between us by the corporate traffic management. My experience with Sundance was exemplary. My experience with the rest of UHAUL was horrific, time wasting, and left me in a dangerous situation in a small town with little public transportation. You asked me to haul a trailer, I agreed, then you told me you couldn't do that at 10PM. YOU KNEW WHAT TIME I WAS SCHEDULED TO PICK UP BEFORE WASTING HOURS OF MY TIME! You changed my location, leaving me in distress because I expected to have to walk another two miles IN THE DARK ON DANGEROUS STREETS - AND THEN THE TRUCK WASN'T EVEN AVAILABLE - AND YOU DIDN'T EVEN NOTIFY ME!
