The only thing I felt was missing was the safety pin for the hitch to keep it from popping off the ball. Otherwise, everything was great, service was great, Tom and LeeAnn are awesome to work with!

Tom was awesome! He thoroughly explained everything to me. The U-Haul computer system was down so he completed the rental with paper and pencil so we could be on our way. He even hooked up the trailer for me and gave me some towing tips. This is a GREAT U-Haul location!
