If anything just maybe wipe downs/vacuum if needed in between renters. But I bring my own wipes to clean when I rent a vehicle. This is not my first rental. This facility has always provided wonderful service. I had Robert today who was great. He greeted me with a warm welcome and smile. Thanks so much for helping me when I needed it. Todd LApp did not function smoothly during pick up process. While waiting for identity verification the app became unresponsive and just displayed a white screen. I had to start app over. No verification phone calls were made to my contacts but the pick up was approved. Nothing on app provided a message of successful check in
