She was excellent. I dropped the trailer off on Sunday night and called her Monday morning (March 2nd) to note the mix up with the wrong drop off location of Powassin noted in my text. She said no worries, she would fix everything and she did. She even called me back to say everything was corrected.

Kelly PThe location was closed when their hours said different, so thank god i reserved for remote pickup. And then I find the truck was left empty, so I then I had to waste an hour of my rental time getting more gas. After I put fuel in I went to start but the battery was dead, I had to boost it. Everything was terrible. The standards of that location are very low and need to be addressed.
