Had a “guaranteed” pick up time at 1:00 pm. Had movers scheduled to meet at 2:00 to help load. Arrived at pick-up location and there was a sign on the door “gone to lunch be back at 2:15” Very aggravating!! Called regional office and the girl dispatched it to us but had to do all the hook ups on our own.
