When a reservation is made for a specific location months in advance don’t change the location pickup inside of 24 hours. It’s absolutely unacceptable.

Clint is a great asset to the u-haul operation.
Ray GI returned the trailer two days earlier than the contract was up and I was billed for an extra day rental. I was told to just drop it in the parking lot and that all I needed to do. I took photos of the trailer went and were I put it in the middle of the lot.
