MARTIN SEverything went really smoothly except that the text link to check the equipment didn’t come until I was already on the road so by the time I saw it, it had expired so I was unable to complete it. But ultimately it worked out fine, the truck was the perfect size, easy to drive and had pretty decent gas mileage for a big truck! I’m very happy to be moved, thank you uhaul!

Aaron CThe only issue I had was with the key return box. I returned my rental at 7:15pm (after the office was closed) so I used the key return box as directed. However, the top of the Ford key was wider than the key slot - I had to jam it through, probably made a mark on the top of they key, but I had no choice to force it through as the key was wider than the slot...
