My reservation specified 8-8:30 am. Before the pickup date, I got a text that I could pick up the truck at 10:30 am. I called UHaul. They said I could get the truck in Longmont instead of Erie. I declined that. Then they said I could get a smaller truck in Erie. I settled for the small truck. However, I ordered a hand truck but they couldn’t find any. With the smaller truck I had to load up several cars to make the move. It was very frustrating.
