This was 45 minutes away from our requested location (which is in a large, metropolitan area). Normally we wouldn't mind coming that far but with only 24 hours notice, that's a little ridiculous. Furthermore, when we called into the scheduling line to ask about it, the woman was extremely rude to us, kept cutting us off as we tried to speak, and essentially told us that even if the closest location was 2+ hours away from our requested location, we would be expected to drive that distance or choose a different size truck. No sane person would expect to have to make that decision 24 hours before they move; this policy needs to be updated as it is super poor customer service.Anthony G.

The managers Kreg and Jeanette are by far the nicest people I've had the pleasure of doing business with (every year at the least for Girl Scout cookie transport with uhaul). We used to have a storage unit at Cubesmart with them as well and we were so sad to move out because we missed seeing them when we paid rent it's such a blessing to still have a reason to see them.Nicole D.

I had plenty of problems with you online system before I finally got the reservation. I reserved a trailer online at a different location. Later that night I got a call that the trailer was not available and the closest one was over 30 minutes away. I then decided to get a truck instead which I got confirmation. A couple of hours later I got a confirmation that the trailer 30 minutes away was OK. It seems that I now had 2 reservations and I had to call again to cancel the trailer.David W.

The people went above and beyond for me and couldn't have been nicer while doing so. There wasn't a van to be had in the area because of evacuations, and I know, because she looked and looked for me, even though she didn't have to. She got me one for the next morning and I couldn't have been happier! The rental process was quick and painless, and the drop off even easier. The U-Haul App is a disaster, did not work well and is extremely poorly designed. Upon pickup the on line software in the office was not working properly either. Upon drop off, during posted open office hours, the office was closed, and the app for an on-line return did not work at all, as I kept getting a "can not find your location" error message. The entire process was extremely frustrating, not as much for the location, but for U-Haul in general.Dave Q.

I was called by the rental dropoff place, cube smart and was "chided" and disrespected by the person that called me. My rental was not due till 530 and they made fun of me for not being able to drop it off early for another renters convenience. If I have a rental for 48 hours, I should be asked once NICELY if I can drop it off. The rental agent at the end who called me stated when I told them that I could not be sure if I could drop it off early "so you cant do this guy a favor and drop it off early? I hope that he is not your neighbor". This was totally uncalled for and I will not rent from that place again. OWNER, PLEASE RETRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES. IF i RENT FOR 48 HOURS, THERE SHOULD BE NO QUESTION THAT I GET TO KEEP MY RENTAL FOR 48 HOURS.Zachary N.

A text was sent a day or two before that the pickup site was different, but when I paid for the truck the night before the pickup, the address was the original one. It was the original one in the following email I received acknowledging the payment. When I was dropped off from the airport to pickup the truck, IT WASN'T THERE! The manager at the site was very helpful, but when he had me speak to an area manager on the phone THE AREA MANAGER WAS RUDE AND COMPLETELY UNHELPFUL. He told me if I went to the address in the last communication I received I was "outa luck." I had no transportation since I was from out of town, and the other location was about 20 miles away. He refused to do anything to help.Robert L.
Check in was difficult. The person working at the storage company started to help us then when a storage customer came in said he didn't work for Uhaul and said we had to check in online. When I made the reservation I selected pickup in the office instead of using mobile phone. If we are not allowed to have contact with an agent the only option should be pickup using mobile device. It took about 45 minutes to pickup the truck. This process should be smoother.James A.
The virtual checkin was absolutely appalling; I was made to take my picture of my face 3 times, they asked for 3 contacts and each contact they called they verified. Asked if I brought my passport, â€œto u-haulâ€? Excuse me? No I didn't bring my passport as a form or ID separate from my drivers license. I wasted an hour of time talking to the various agents virtually that made my experience subpar. The location is fine, the staff inside were great and helpful, the truck was dirty, bugs over the entire windshield as well. Would I go to this location again? Perhaps.Jason K.
