I was charged $12 for gas even though I brought the truck back with the exact same 7/8 of a tank. Craig said he’d refund me but that never happened.

Everything was great except checking in took over an hour due to nationwide outage of website very frustrating!
Madelyn DHad to drive to a location that was not close to where we moved. There were a couple of U-Haul locations that were closer to us, but we were told we had to drop off the pads at a center location instead of one that was close to us.
