Scheduled pick up for 7 AM last week. Get a call 2 days prior and they tell me I cannot do 7 AM pickup there so they move me to a different location. I arrive there at 7 AM moving day and theres no way to pick up my vehicle. I call and chat and finally get someone from OC saying they cant touch san diego customers scheduling but will help me. she scheduled this location where I was finally able to pick up. horrible mobile pick up process and unprofessional scheduling

SYLVIA MBe responsive to inquiries related to drop off issues. I left multiple phone messages at the rental and the drop off locations, none of which were returned.
Rex PThe location was locked and closed in the middle of the day at 11:00 a.m. on a Monday when I had a reservation. It took an hour on the phone for the tire shop owner to complete my transaction. There was nobody to do a walk-around with me for the truck or give me papers.
