Michael MI was dumbfounded and disappointed to have to provide references and phone numbers at the counter to ensure my accountability with a rental trailer because my driver's license was from out of state. As a responsible adult, this was offensive and humiliating. Completely unnecessary, and I will not be doing business with U-haul in the future.
