The location was closed when I dropped of the truck so I didn't have any contact with the personnel but there was plenty of room to get the truck into the lot.
Richard HThe return was not easy. The ap did not download the pictures of the dash board so we had to manually respond.
robert MCommunication was NOT clear when it came to picking up the truck.We received a code and Told to use it at the business’s lock box. We spent 45 minutes trying to unlock the box at the business. We were NEVER told the code was for the Lock on the BACK of the truck🤦♀️ This throw our whole day behind. NOT HAPPY WITH THE COMMUNICATION BETWEEN U-HAUL’s INDIVIDUAL AT THE CALL CENTER WAS NOT CLEAR, then we call the center they still did not know the keys were inside the back of the truck. Once WE figured this out on our own.
