We had trouble all weekend with the hitch not staying on the ball very well. The square part you screw down over the ball would not stay tight. We were having to pull over ever couple of miles and re-tighten it, where it would stay on the ball.

Trailer had a blown defective tire that bounced up and down like a basketball for 40+ miles. Caused over $10k in damage to my LR RR L405. My attorney is recovering any damages regarding this issue.

PATRICK OData signal terrible, which caused the app to crash multiple times for unattended check out, which took us over 30 minutes to complete. Maybe provide a sign with wifi connection details from the building to help customers complete checkout? Don’t back the truck so close to the fence as customers have to get a picture of the back plate for checkout.
