Unpaved parking lot, makes it unsuitable for rain and snow. Truck and equipment were fine. Only had one dozen blankets.

Arlene HNo issues with the actual pickup. It was not where i reserved months in advance and quite a distance out of the way for me, compared to my planned pickup location. Wasted over an hour travel time on a busy day when time was limited supporting work and a move to get dropped at this location for the truck/trailer pickup. Contact person at the location was pleasant and helpful.
Richard FMy truck dash fell down n scared me 2 miles from U haul when I drove it off. Dnk about truck dashes. Covers on oil in inside left front tire was gone. Really scared me. Its a wonder that poor truck made it back to its parking place. Serena was cordial when i called. Michael was very helpful as always. I felt a discount should apply for the scary conditions of the truck. I made it thru the absolute grace of God. Pretty scary.
