No issue with this location, but having to drive an hour to pick up a truck that was reserved weeks in advance when there are probably a dozen U-Haul locations in a 15mi radius from my home is absolutely ridiculous!! Ladies in Excelsior were helpful and understanding with my frustration, they got me on my way quickly.
