I was informed that a receipt would be sent to my email, but I have not received one. Otherwise everything was excellent.
Larry M.I ordered a truck with a dolley and wraps, they were out of wraps for my furniture, then I was told my payment didn't go through which it did even after calling the bank to show it was. They truck had many problems and I broke a tv stand glass in route to storage. I had protection was never asked about damages.
John F.The online pick up was not very efficient. We had to call customer service because you couldn't do most of what was required because it just wouldn't let you. Then to top everything off we were charged $40 plus for gas and we drove 22 miles. I think that is ridiculous! I think that should be refunded
