Went through U-HAU for my first time. Terrible ass never go there again only gave one insurance. I got an honest mistake. Accident and I get charged whenever I paid for insurance

I was told by the store where I picked up in Washington, ks that I could drop off at local location for no extra charge. Then I was charged 117.00 for dropping off at wrong location. They absolutely said there would be NO EXTRA CHARGE. I have been a very good long standing customer. Not happy at all and will think long and hard before I use UHAUL again.
