The location staff was very kind and helpful! The lot, lockboxes, and key drop were all well lit and clean. Would rent from here again in a heartbeat!

After maintenance new straps had 2bolts missing and 3 nuts missing

Catherine SAgain, no fault of the facility, but I was charged for additional mileage after being told the original location we had chosen on the site was closed and we were relocated 50 minutes away for pickup which apparently put us over mileage. A ridiculous end to an extremely annoying and off-putting experience.
