The rental staff person was very courteous and helpful, and the process of picking up and returning the truck went smoothly. There are two reasons I gave 4 stars vs 5: 1) the rental person should have alerted me to click a link in a text to upload a photo before leaving the lot. I didn't see the text until I was loading the truck and it was expired; 2) It wasn't swept out. Otherwise it went well and it was a convenient location for us.
