We were horribly over charged for our rental. We drove 5 miles and were charged for 180 and then received atrocious customer service

michelle kvery small neighborhood drop off, little assistance, I had to unhook the trailer myself and physically move it to a area designated by the person working there. NO help. This place is more a repair shop that dabbles in Uhaul rentals. I should have been directed to State St Uhaul center
casey oI was promised a 15ft truck but I was given a 10ft without prior notice. H-haul failed to hold it's guarantee, and it has stated that it will return 50$ in case guarantee is not held. I want either 50$ or the 47$ I paid back.
