I received an exceptional customer service at this particular location - Broadway Autocare. The truck was clean, full of fuel and ready to go miles and miles without any problem. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and let us to extend the rent for a few more hours because we were running out of time. I appreciate the service very much and would recommend this location to everybody to rent a moving truck from. Thank you again.
Nelli SWe were horribly over charged for our rental. We drove 5 miles and were charged for 180 and then received atrocious customer service
