I received an exceptional customer service at this particular location - Broadway Autocare. The truck was clean, full of fuel and ready to go miles and miles without any problem. The manager was very accommodating to our needs and let us to extend the rent for a few more hours because we were running out of time. I appreciate the service very much and would recommend this location to everybody to rent a moving truck from. Thank you again.

michelle kvery small neighborhood drop off, little assistance, I had to unhook the trailer myself and physically move it to a area designated by the person working there. NO help. This place is more a repair shop that dabbles in Uhaul rentals. I should have been directed to State St Uhaul center
