The man at the rental pickup location wanted to change a bunch of the information such as My home address that I had already filled out online when I made the reservation.

If the truck has a pad lock on it they won’t tell you the passcode to get into it and then they tell you if you have issues getting into the truck to call U-Haul because they can’t help you. Also had the truck for an extra 4 hrs and they tried charging for another day.
Kevin ASingle attendant at the gas station, so I had to wait while customers bought coffee and drinks/snacks. The attendant did not know what she was doing with the rental process. Zero help/knowledge with the trailer.
Ryan WThe owner of this location is excellent. The owner goes out of his way to help and serve all of his customers. While we were waiting to rent, I witnessed this gentleman help two different customers to their cars with their purchases. He was the only one working, so this was very impressive. Thank you!!
