I had ordered 10# moving trucks online when I was ready to pick up the truck I received a call from u haul customer service the truck, was not available which I ordered. I called BP 4800 Hamstead turnpike at 45 pm pick up the truck When I received their guys gave me the phone number to call and communicate directly with them, I called that number several times but didn't get an answer. After 45 minutes he called to pick up the truck. According to my experience, the level of service is very poor.
Asif PLeft van in condition I found it. Empty water bottles, McDonalds bags stuck in the door pockets. The address of this pick up site is 48 not 4800
