The driver's side visor was missing which made driving very difficult, as the sun was directly in my eyes. The attendant informed me a new part was ordered and I trust the issue is being resolved. Attendant was friendly and appreciative. I would definitely use this location again for the sheer convenience..

How U-Haul Reviews WorkThe attendants were quite helpful. The shop was clean and the equipment requested was indeed supplied. Very good U-Haul experience.
JACOB RThe app is very glitchy. It took me 4 tries and 45 minutes to take the truck. The return also had glitches. All my permissions were on, and I don’t get why it didn’t work the first time.
KEVIN KCheck out should be 1 minute for a prepaid reservation, NOT 1 FULL HOUR. Customer support was literally useless. The remote site attendant had to call his boss at home to finally resolve the problems as U-Haul support could not correct after a full hour of trying!!!!
