I really appreciate how fast and easy it was to rent and use the truck. The staff were incredibly helpful.
HOWARD KI was bait and switched for the $15 safe move coverage. When booking the rental I denied it. When I showed up I noticed it was added. I asked for it to be removed and was told “that’s handled by U-Haul, we’re just contracted…I’ll send an email. It looks like that email was never sent because after dropping it off, I see I was charged the $15. This represents a 21% up charge I didn’t ask for. I plan to call U-Haul for assistance.

TIFFANY LThe place had one parking spot open and signs everywhere that said no parking, which made me fearful my car would be towed. The office was closed, as it was a Sunday, so I couldn’t talk to anyone. Then the cab of the truck was gross, with sticky stuff in the cup holders and on one of the seats. The location also didn’t include the moving blankets I ordered, which made my moving day so much harder. And the app wouldn’t accept my pictures. So, all in all, not a good experience.
