I think that some of the onboarding process should be done upon requesting the rental. Uploading photos of my husband’s drivers license was a tedious step which could’ve been part of the workflow when we initially reserved the rental instead of when we went to pick it up because we spent the first 20 minutes of our rented time trying to find service to upload the requested drivers license and waiting for our request to be approved. This should’ve been requested when we placed our reservation a week ago.

The location was fine. The staff helpful. The truck was old, had 145,000+ miles! It was dirty inside. The brakes were terrible. Worst Uhaul I've rented. Time to retire that one. I also turned the truck in early by an hour (two hours not three) and would have appreciated a refund I did not get the blankets I ordered, they were taken off the bill.
