JAMES CWe were charged twice for our rental. Initially, our rental was unavailable when we arrived to pick it up and no one communicated that with us, so we had to drive 30 minutes out the way, to and from, so a total of one hour, and wasted gas/time because our initial pick up location did not have our truck. And then the check out process was lengthy. Both pick up and drop off locations were great - the men helping were wonderful and this is no fault of theirs, it's UHaul's fault.

DWAIN BHad to drop off my truck here because the U-Haul app wanted me to return it to Alabama! Had to call and they arranged for this location to receive my truck. The guy at the counter just wanted the key and never checked the truck in, in front of me, despite my questions. I later received additional charges out of the blue.
