Gate was locked when I arrived. Called U-Haul. And went across town to a different location. Got sent back to this location gate still locked waiting 30 more min. Very bad experience.

TRACEY JLot person was a no show. Had to go to cust service and find another location across town! Set me back two hrs! My trip was a 5.5 hr drive I’m not happy with this experience and my card was just charged for an extra $10.51 for two gallons less on the drop off. This is unacceptable, I want a partial refund for this! The agent Vicky I just spoke to was speaking over me and less than willing to hear my side. I want a manger to call me. I have confirmation numbers for first and second reservation
