The fellow at the rental location did not have any tools or supplies to purchase at his location. I believe that he just had equipment parked there

Bruce FFor some reason my DL would not scan and as such, my contract had to be rewritten to allow my friend to use their DL to be used. My original contract/quote was for $134 as I opted out of the insurance. Not until I dropped off the trailer at the destination did I notice that the contract had been rewritten with the insurance included. The second transaction was done on an iPhone so I didn't get to see what was written. I have called corporate U-Haul to see if they will make it right. They have indicated that it may take 72 hours to arrive at their decision.
